of Business Listings. Each level represents a specific amount of information that is accessible by accredited investors, institutions, business professionals and professional service providers.

Document Services

investorLYNX provides the following document-based services that are available as stand-alone services:

• Business plan writing – investorLYNX takes a company's information and research and develops a business plan
• Business plan evaluation w/report rendered – investorLYNX reviews a company's business plan and evaluates it on the basic information required to create a good business plan. A report is rendered with the review's findings.
• Comprehensive due diligence review w/report rendered – investorLYNX will review a company's information based on sixteen different information headings that include how they are formally organized, their tax returns, the employee handbook, and their sales manuals. investorLYNX will render a report on its findings, specifically any deficiencies it finds and will, once it has concluded the review, compile a due diligence book for the participating company.
• Regulation A – investorLYNX will work with a company to write an exempt securities offering that allows an issuing company to raise up to US$5 million in a twelve month period
• Regulation D – 504 – investorLYNX will work with a company to write an exempt securities offering that allows an issuing company to raise up to US$1 million in a twelve month period
• Regulation D – 505 – investorLYNX will work with a company to write an exempt securities offering that allows an issuing company to raise up to US$5 million in a twelve month period
• Regulation D – 506 – investorLYNX will work with a company to write an exempt securities offering that allows an issuing company to raise an unlimited amount of funding during a twelve month period
• Private placements – investorLYNX will work with a company to write an exempt securities offering that allows an issuing company to raise an unlimited amount of funding during a twelve month period
• Prospectus review w/analysis rendered – investorLYNX will review a company's current prospectus based on a predetermined checklist and render a report on its findings
• Prospectus rewrite based on deficiency report – investorLYNX will work with a company to rewrite its prospectus based on a previously issued deficiency report
• PowerPoint presentations – investorLYNX will take customers' business plans, marketing plans, and other information and convert them into PowerPoint presentations
• Term sheets – investorLYNX will work with a company in structuring a term sheet that may be needed for a proposed investment
• Business valuation – investorLYNX will work with a company to provide an enterprise value and EBITDA valuation
• Syndication desk – investorLYNX will work with a company to get its transaction consistently in front of the investment community in a controlled environment with group presentations, physically and electronically
