About investorLYNX
investorLYNX is a "next generation" business portal that couples technology with "old school" human interface to qualify any given transaction. Technology, as a tool, is able to provide information at our fingertips, but it can't yet provide backroom services and the type of analysis needed to evaluate and analyze business transactions, or create documentation based on a particular business model.
investorLYNX takes information from participating businesses that are seeking document services, or need capital for funding their company's growth, and provides a base-level quality review. The review is an important benefit for investors, institutions, business professionals and professional service providers. Most investors and professionals do not have the time to waste on unqualified and non-productive transactions. investorLYNX's account specialists review each and every submission that is received before it is posted for review.
investorLYNX caters to submitting businesses, or "users," and investors, institutions, business professionals and professional service providers, or "members," through their dedication to service and an efficient, user-friendly business portal.
investorLYNX's primary objective is to take the run-of-the-mill business listing site to the next level where businesses seeking funding and other business services are attended by a living, breathing backroom – not a "SUBMIT-AND-SIT" technology. Many businesses in the current financial market are struggling to have their businesses seen and heard. Submission of their business plans and executive summaries to a database that has no evaluating power provides little comfort to either the business or a potential investor or professional service provider with little or no set criteria.
investorLYNX intends to elevate the expectation of the existing business portal to a new level of not only listing transactions after they are qualified, but to also assist those businesses that are deficient and don't meet certain criteria.
investorLYNX's backroom has experience in writing and reviewing typical capital funding documents, including executive summaries, business plans, private placements, and exempt offerings under the Securities Act of 1933, and have been instrumental in raising over US$34 million. The combined experience of investorLYNX's owners and staff is over 55 years.
